Jeanne Loebig brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for early childhood education to her role as Preschool Director and Four-Year-Old Teacher at Holy Family Catholic School. With a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Slippery Rock University and a Master's degree along with Principal Papers from Carlow University, Jeanne has been a dedicated member of the preschool team since 2006.
Before joining Holy Family, Jeanne taught second grade at St. Bernard's Catholic School in Mt. Lebanon. She values the opportunity to work with a talented team of educators, guiding the preschool program with compassion and dedication. Jeanne emphasizes high standards and strives to make learning a fun and enriching experience for all students. Her favorite aspect of teaching is instilling in her young learners a love for Jesus and teaching them about His boundless love through the I AM SPECIAL religious curriculum.
Jeanne's commitment to excellence in education and her unwavering dedication to the well-being of her students make her a cherished member of the Holy Family community. Her contributions were recognized with the prestigious Golden Apple Award in 2020-2021, highlighting her outstanding impact on the lives of students and colleagues alike.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Jeanne is a devoted family person. She and her husband, Tom, have four grown children and one precious grandchild. Together, they enjoy hiking, cheering on the Pens, and traveling to visit their children and grandchildren whenever possible.
