Application:

The Admissions window to the Holy Family Catholic School and  Preschool, including PREK, opens during the last week of January of each year to new families. Application and Enrollment/Reenrollment open first for current families, then to new, prospective families.  Our Preschool programs fill very quickly, particularly at our main Plum Campus. While we make every effort to close programs as soon as they are full, it's best to email our preschool director, Mrs. Loebig, to see if there is still an opening before submitting your application and payment for preschool.  We are not able to refund application fees. Many of our K-8 classrooms are near capacity.  ​We suggest emailing our Admissions and Marketing Manager, to be sure there is still an opening before you submit payment for your application.​   [email protected]

Enrollment:

Enrollments for our Kindergarten through 8th grade must include a Catholic baptismal certificate in order for the child to be charged the Catholic tuition rate. If we do not have the Catholic baptismal certificate, you will be charged the non-Catholic rate.  Please submit a copy of the Baptismal certificate to the office.  

The Catholic v. non-Catholic rate does not apply to preschool tuition.

When Application/Enrollment/Reenrollment open, reenrollment invitations are emailed to current families.  Current families will find reenrollment/application links in their portals.  New families should complete applications  by clicking the link below:

Enrollment Process:

Once you have completed the online application form and submitted requested documentation (e.g., immunization records) we will be notified. We will then return a reply or a digital enrollment packet.  There is an application fee which FACTS charges applicants.  There is also a yearly family enrollment fee. Documents may be submitted through the online application. 

Enrollment occurs within the FACTS Family Portal.
